Returns
- We will accept your return and give u full refund if You get the wrong products because of our fault;
- We don't accept responsibility if the item was damaged on the shipping way.
- You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
- Add a card in return package about your information (Name , address , Mail , the item of your order )
- You had return the products in 7 days after you get them;
- If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
- We do not carry duties on any damages or loss during shipping. However, buyers can pay for insurances before shipping.
